Nate Walters, Chief Financial Officer. After many years in the banking industry, Nate has been instrumental in making our company financially strong. He is responsible for the overall financial direction of the company, while also concentrating on new business development. Email
Jerred Peterson, Chief Operating Officer for our Michigan operations. He is in charge of the overall management of the tannery. Jerred’s work ethic and commitment to quality has been the key to us maintaining our position as the industry leader in fur dressing. Email
 
Brian Nordland, General Manager for our Texas operations, has been with the company since its inception. He is heavily involved with new business development and monitors our daily operations in Texas. Brian’s knowledge of tanning and hide care is second to none in the industry, and provides us with another “leg up” on the rest of the industry. Email
Ben Zuke, General Manager of our alum tannery facility. His attention to detail and effective management style help maintain the highest quality and quickest turn around times possible. Email
 
Dave Peters, Customer Service Manager. Dave leads our customer service team. With over 15 years of tanning experience from skinning to finishing Dave’s attention to quality control is second to none. Email

Jim Maclean, Customer Service
Jim is our "man on the road" responsible for acquiring new business along with maintaining current customer relations. His attitude to “Always Do the Right Thing” and being an advocate for the customer makes him a very valuable part of our team. Email
Jamie Zuke, Customer Service Representative. Jamie is on the front line of our customer service, fielding questions or concerns via phone and email. Her ability to communicate and knowledge of our product and process makes her an MVP on our team. Email
 
Eli Eldred, Production Manager. He assists in the management of the tannery and is in charge of production at our Mt. Pleasant Facility. His attention to detail and effective management style help maintain the highest quality and quickest turn around times possible. Email
Eylie Foster, Human Resources Manager. Armed with her Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Eylie is responsible for all payroll and human resources issues, as well as assisting in daily business operations. Email
  Yishana Nowak, Shipping Coordinator. Yishana heads up the shipping department and helps with customer service at our alum facility in Leslie MI. Her attention to detail and organization skills makes her a valuable asset to the tannery. Email
Scott Phillipson, Receiving Foreman and Customer Service Representative. Scott's background in business and customer service enables him to work easily with customers. His attention to detail and organization ensures that our receiving department operates at peak efficiency and helps to set us apart from our competitors. Email  
Greg Traviss, Director of Marketing. He is in charge of marketing and media production. Greg creates our marketing tools. With over ten years of experience, Greg helps to keep the image of the company up to date and on the cutting edge. Email
